Where profound healing is most possible…

Group therapy, peer groups, and group courses are some of our favourite ways of facilitating healing and change. Most of our deepest wounds happened in relationship, it is also through relationship that our most meaningful change and growth is possible.

Sadly, many people view group therapy as lesser than one-on-one therapy, but time and time again we see that it’s actually where some of the most beautiful transformations and radical shifts happen.

As we actively work to resist dominant culture and hyperindividualism, group work is the balm many of us need.

12-week Embracing Body Trust

Body Trust® is a radical revisioning for how we relate with our bodies. It is an invitation to return home. This group journey invites you to reclaim your body, your voice, your story, and yourself.

We spend 12 weeks breaking up with diet culture, understanding and charting your body story, moving away from unhelpful patterns, and finding new ways to come home to self. You’ll do this work alongside others who are asking similar questions as a way to confront shame and so you feel less alone in the process.

10-week Sexual Trauma Writing Group

For survivors of sexual trauma (including childhood sexual abuse), this gentle writing group supports the exploration of your voice, your story, your hopes and dreams, and reconnecting with pleasure through story, journaling, and collective witnessing.

5-week Power in Pleasure Course

Spend five luscious weeks exploring the stories you inherited about pleasure, connecting with your senses, understanding how you relate with food, diving into the erotic, and practicing boundaries that enable a life of pleasure and joy. This workshop is run a few times per year in small cohorts and is run entirely online.
